A free site survey will be undertaken to determine what you would like, with the most feasible options for achieving this, whilst working out what appliance or flue system are most suitable for your needs.
After the site survey, a free no obligation estimate will be provided to you in writing.
What’s next?
Once the estimate has been accepted, a pre-installation chimney sweep will be arranged, with CCTV inspection, and any alterations to the opening surround and hearth carried out, so everything is ready for the next stage. The installation of your new appliance, or flue. Once installed and commissioned, then a full demonstration and explanation of your appliance will be given, along with some best practises to keep your new appliance or flue in the best condition for years to come.
